May 15, 2017 - apparently, this is now just new zealand rose according to the kim crawford web site. as the web site says, the palate is of watermelon and strawberry with a nice nose. i bot it on sale for $13 and it is worth that price. a good qpr. very little acidity and a nice finish. a good sipper.

March 21, 2017 - Bright salmon color. Bursting aromas of strawberries and watermelon, lilies, white pepper and grapefruit. Medium-bodied palate with pleasant creaminess and zesty acidity. Tangy raspberry and strawberry fruit with a jolt of white pepper and jalapeno, some white flowers and rose hips. Lots going on here, crowd-pleasing and complex. A Merlot-based rosé.
