    January 23, 2021 - Fläskfilé, hasselbackspotatis & portvinssås ++ dekantering minst 1h.

    January 23, 2021 - Lite spritig på näsan. Alkoholen tar över på lukt, men även röda bär.
    Långa ”ben”
    Djup röd kärna, hint av brunt, vattnig kant.

    Fruktig, mörka röda bär, läder,
    Alkoholen sticker något även på smak.

    December 31, 2020 - A perfect PN, after about 3 hours in the carafe. Nice acidity, with red berries as base, roses, cherries, strawberries. Perfect for hot beets with chèvre, honey and pine nuts.

    October 5, 2019 - Marimar Estate PN, a hit, fine acid, red berries, cigars, licorice, still a little alcoholic, will be great in a few years
