September 13, 2017 - Light yellow color, nose of stone, orange pith, nectarine, and a little lime. Medium bodied, with good acidity and minerality providing good balance to the fruit on the medium-long finish. Tasted at about 60 degree F. Tasting at a typical refrigerator temperature of 38 degrees saps much of the flavor with white burgundies.

April 12, 2017 - The wine looks transparent with green tinted gold. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, mineral, vanilla and oak and tastes like that too. The body is medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium with balanced acidity. The wine has medium acidity. Very enjoyable! Nice looking bottle for those that care about that.
