June 28, 2019 - Very fruity and aromatic. The nose is mostly tropical, with pineapple being most dominant. Also detected pear, apricot, and green apple. Soft mouthfeel and high minerality. Paired great with a spicy red curry dish.

January 2, 2019 - Still one of our favorite white wines ever. Perfect balance of acids and a hint of sweetness, perfect balance of fruit and minerals, plus the unique flavors from the Symphony grape.
