  August 27, 2019 - Definitely improved since my last bottle. Needs about 2 hours in the decanter to lose a sour tannin edge and then blossom. It is full, deep, plush and led by the dark fruit. Finish is a bit clipped. Nice QPR and very pleasant. Crowd pleaser.

  July 17, 2018 - Wanted to like it more but over-extracted and boozy. Did not improve significantly over 4 hours. Thick mouthfeel with candied dark cherry fruit. Good tannins that lurk underneath all the heft of the wine. Reminds me of a hot weather cab from Australia or Paso. Got tiring to drink.

  December 15, 2017 - Pnp from the cellar. It's time to upgrade this wine as ready to begin drinking. After letting the wine breath a bit......there was fruit in my glass. It was dark red cherry fruit with very resolved tannins. The color was dark and opaque with medium fruit aromatics. I expected a bit more from this wine. EG #WineArchitect #ArchitecturalArtistry

  June 17, 2017 - Decided to pop open a bottle from the cellar. Nose of unresolved fruit with a touch of stewed fruit. What does that mean? More to come in 2018? E.G. #winearchitect
