  November 11, 2023 - Bought btg at Pollen St Social. First glass of a fresh bottle. Good stuff, a bit tightly coiled, clearly some substance there. Doesn't have the obnoxious character that some of the grander 08s seem to at the moment.

  April 16, 2021 - Smooth yet rich champagne. Lovely yellow apples and toast, hints of wet lawn after a summer rain. On the palate quite rich and almost full bodied, fine bobbles and balanced acidity, good stuff!

  November 28, 2019 - A blend of 20% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay. Light yellow color. This had a cheesy nose. Medium body. On the palate there were citrus and apple notes. 87 points
