January 24, 2008 - This was better when I had it last year. After a few hours open, this wine lacks any dimension. Nose has gone quite flat, showing hints of oak with a bit of salsa. Light bodied, showing oak, and finishing with oak. It's not over the top oak, but there is just hardly anything else present. Very very light nondescript fruit. Kind of a bummer wine, overall. It's not unpleasant, just boring.
