August 31, 2022 - Vibrant aromas of honey, spice, and stone fruits. Luxurious mouthfeel with well balanced fruit and acidity witha long spicy finish.

Interesting - seemingly buttery on the nose but more mineral on the palate.
Green Apple, spice, mineral. Acidity balances out the finish - crisp. Quite pure and elegant.

August 17, 2019 - You can smell the 2014 Ramey Westside Farms from across the room. Not usually a good sign for an elegant Chardonnay, but it is sublime on the palate. Lemon-lime and peach flavors supported by mouth watering salinity and a racy acidic streak. A touch of creaminess on the very long finish. This is my favorite Ramey of all time and a slam dunk to open if you like primary fruit in Chardonnay. There is no rush though as this won’t plateau for another 5 or more years.

May 12, 2018 - Wow. Love this new cuvee from Ramey. Laser-like focus, great minerality. Acid, stone, fruit and wood all perfectly in balance. Outstanding chard.
