May 27, 2020 - Dark color.Interesting black cherry and stone fruit nose. Very structured on the palate. Was certainly better the second day. Still young. very dry, long persistent finish. I'll hold my last bottle for 3 to 5 more years.

May 11, 2020 - Red fruit & strawberry, medium-bodied with supple tannin. Nice acidity and structure. Excellent the first night and even better the second. I regret not having purchased more than I did.

March 28, 2020 - After about a thirty minute decant this was really good with pulled pork shoulder. Less complex and none of the herbal notes that I think of with Oregon Pinot. But full wine that held up with the food.

After being open for around 2-3 hours it got noticeably more tart when drinking on it’s own. Don’t hold off for too long.

July 16, 2019 - Pinot in the City (Chicago, IL): Walk-around tasting, brief note. Rich black berry aromas and flavors with some cherry and candied orange peel. Richness is well balanced with a good sense of energy and seemingly a sense of minerality. Complex, intriguing and unfolding. 90-91+ point potential, certainly with upside. More interesting to me vs "The Flood."
