May 14, 2016 - Nutty with some oxidation. Medium plus acidity. Medium alcohol. Moderate ripeness. Reminded me of a field blend Alsace.

August 28, 2011 - Yellow apples, buttery cookies, wet animal fur and carnations. Fat, oily texture with some botrytis, cinnamon and minerals. Complex with a lot of nuances.
