    September 24, 2022 - Excellent bottle! Gooseberry, pear, carambola , honeymelon, nectar. Good freshness and acidity. Some chalc and minerality. Best 12-14C.
    No decant. With bresaola. Great match.

    June 27, 2022 - Pop n pour. With Salmon, mustard-lemon dressing over asparagus salad. Excellent match.

    Gooseberry, red currant, pinaple and nettles. Good acidity, some mineral. A sunshine with serious hi quality. 12-16C. 92+

    July 15, 2021 - Taste as before, hint of tropical fruit too. I Do not think it will improve, and I shall finish the last bottles this year. 2017-2020 was probably peak years.
