  February 19, 2024 - Monday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): Air was necessary to fill this out, as it certainly started out a fair bit thin and dilute on the palate. You do get more presence and weight with the air, but the acidity here is dominant and overall it's just not too complex a wine. The vintage was a handicap for sure, but for the price, I think you'd be better off with a bottle of Comtes.

  December 31, 2023 - Packed with intense lemon fruit and a touch of green apple. Piercing and refreshing acidity. Has a lot of elegance and depth but keeps improving with air.
  It is however very lovely to drink right now! Absolutely lovely!

  January 12, 2023 - 2015 Produttori & Friends (Nella Kitchen & Bar, Los Olivos, CA): AG warned that this wine had best be enjoyed young, and based on this bottle his advice is spot-on, as the mousse was virtually non-existent. The slightly sherried nose was a disappointment, though there was good fruit and acid, allowing the wine to be a decent accompaniment to our starter.
