Community Tasting Notes 1

February 14, 2023 - Pale gold. A touch of reduction on the nose, along with ripe lemon, green apple, and noticeable oak and vanilla. Medium-bodied, first impression of the palate is the oaky characteristics. Good acidity, especially for a 2015, kept the wine crisp, and the wine finished with lemon and vanilla. This was a good wine, if not in my preferred style.
