October 25, 2021 - Initially quite reductive on the nose, with a good whack of stuck match. This blows off and reveals a creamy stone fruit nose with hints of spice and citrus. Rather lively in structure, the fruit is incredibly alive with a distinct tropical fruit finish. Well balanced, certainly not overly ripe or powerful - it just really sings of the sun. Probably not massive improvement or development here. A bit like what a Chablis might be in a substantially warmer climate.
