    February 26, 2022 - Totally austere.
    Delicious and refreshing.

June 21, 2020 - Still totally primary at 4+ years old. Lime, green apple, white flowers. Pristine in its angularity. Beautiful acid. Delicious. Incredibly drinkable. now but with the means to age for easily five more years.

May 4, 2020 - Excellent wine. Fresh and delineated, with wonderful lemon blossom and melon aromatics. Very complete and persistent in the mouth, a hint candied, yet displays focus, purity, and refinement in its orchard fruit, lemon-lime, and citrus zest flavors.

June 14, 2019 - Golden straw yellow colour. Butter, yellow apples, and oak with hints of toast on the nose. Taste of butter, yellow apples, oak, lemon and toast with hints of minerals. Long and fat, yet dry, finish with hints of toast. Disappointingly close to the standard Tyler Chardonnay making this not worth the more than double price. Goes well with shellfish, fish or cured meat.

February 10, 2019 - I would call this a clean Chardonnay. Nose was little with little citrus and peach, taste was peach, apricot and citrus, Finish was medium but cut through with balance.
