  December 18, 2018 - Initially I served this at close to cellar temperature as I find that reduces the jammy and cloying side of some reds from Roussillon. This wine was, however, not like that and showed quite some tension, acidity and minerality in addition to Mediterranean fruit and spice. Airing and warming up to closer to room temperature revealed more roundness, more caressing texture and greater fragrance. Should benefit from a little more age. Good.

  May 7, 2018 - Vinosphere (Town Hall, Sydney): Pretty, jubey berried fruit, slight cream and a little ash. On the palate it's exactly how it smells with a little tannic grip and some alcohol warmth. Great example of a whole bunch wine.
