October 2, 2020 - Great news about vineyard surviving the fires 🍷. #napastrong

May 12, 2020 - Many times we get what we pay for in life. In this case, we get a bit more. It's a fantastic $35 wine from Last Bottle. It's very fruit forward, lacks finesse and doesn't show any minerality. But the fruit is awesome. It's got moderate tannins and can go a while longer. Next in 2024 or later. This won't stand up to a $150 Diamond Mountain Cab, but it's really great for the price.

March 19, 2020 - This wine is the bargain of the year for me at $35 from LastBottle. These same grapes go into Hall and other wineries high end Diamond Mountain offerings. I've visited the winery and tasted in the owners home which sits atop the vineyards with beautiful views of the valley. For me this evolved over the hour we had it open. Good body, supple mouthfeel, dark blue fruit and medium finish. Well worth a try as an example of the terrior.

October 11, 2019 - 90-91: really didn't know what to make of this wine - took a flyer on it during a Last Bottle marathon. It's very solid - loads of blue fruit, nose has a nice mix of earth and blueberry. The finish is average, the wine itself is smooth, there are still some tannins, but this was a PnP and it was great from the start. Might improve, might not. Solid, decently priced at $35ish I believe from LB.
