April 14, 2024 - 5/5 GREAT IGT WINE. SMOUTH GREAT MOUTH FEEL, DEEP RASPERRY, BLACK CURRANT, BLACKBERRY AND PLUM
The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, raspberry, black currant (cassis) and plum. It tastes like blackberry, black currant (cassis), raspberry and plum. The body is full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

April 22, 2020 - Great everyday wine, full of black cherry and plum aromas and flavours.

February 22, 2020 - Pretty good actually. Blueberries. Blue fruits. Interesting minerality. Too sweet though, a bit overly rich for my tastes.

May 4, 2019 - A cheapie but not available in my country, a gift from someone. Tight cork, extracted with difficulty. Lovely nose of plums and prunes true to Zin/Primitivo style. Very inviting and open, simple, smooth wine with much pleasure to give. Perfect for pizza and pasta weeknights. Critiquing I would say acid level a tad low, sweetness a tad up and detectable but this is built to provide pleasure to the masses and it will. Nice to see the acohol level kept in check at 13.5%, some of these in Australia can escape all the way up to 16% if not properly managed. This suprised on the upside.
