  October 21, 2022 - Wow, this is ready for prime time. Beautiful nose; much more aromatic than most cabs. Deep dark fruits, especially blackberry. Layers of flavor on the palate, and a smooth dark chocolate finish that lingers 30 seconds or more. Still tannic, this could go much longer. The 2014 was Wine Spectator’s #8 wine of the year in 2017. A heck of a good QPR at current market price.

  June 30, 2020 - Just scrumptious. Big bold, blackberry. Decanted for 2 hours. Really delicious.

  June 30, 2020 - Wow...what a difference eight months makes. Perhaps I decanted this a bit longer (an hour) but this bottle was full-bodied, layered with delicious dark fruit along with cassis, mocha and chocolate on the finish. Beautiful Napa Cab drinking VERY well right now.

  October 28, 2019 - Fruit forward Napa Cab that has dark blackberry fruit but not quite as concentrated as I initially expected. After an hour, secondary flavors of licorice, chocolate and cassis emerge. Think this is still to young to drink and expect the next bottle to get better with some age.
