    April 3, 2023 - (100% Pinot Noir, dosage 8 gr/L)
Light yellow colour with a reddish hue and a nose showing incipient maturity with fresh bread, red apples fruitiness and some flint notes covered in butter on top in a nice and pleasant way. Smoothing palate showing red apples acidity with a creamy mid before a pleasant grapefruit bitterness takes over on the finish.
(Probably best with 2-5 years extra cellaring)

June 19, 2022 - Gorgeous nose of black fruit and pastries. The palate is well-composed with a fine and delicate mousse giving the complexity of the fruit the opportunity to shine. Elegant, refined and beautiful.

March 10, 2021 - Toasty. Good fruit, fresh, drinking well now.
