July 9, 2017 - Dry after taste as it is mouth puckering at the end. It is still full flavored and smooth. Aged nicely, lots of sediment.

August 16, 2014 - This vintage has been a nice surprise as it was a reasonably priced purchase in 2006. Deep rich juice with solid fruit and nice tannins.

February 21, 2014 - Held this for several years after enjoying the first bottle. Still needed to be decanted for 30 minutes and continued to evolve in the glass as the evening progressed. Solid fruit, smooth tannins and great nose.

September 9, 2013 - Amazing bottle, great fruit and nose, phenomenal with a juicy Cajun Ribeye. One of the best surprise bottles I've had in long time.
The wine looks Inky colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Blackberry, Blueberry, Black currant (cassis), Plum, and Plum. The body is Full. The wine has Satin-like texture. The wine finishes Long.
