Community Tasting Notes 1

    July 30, 2008 - AVERAGE

The nose is closed off and has an un-baked dough smell on the nose. The palate hinges on a nice Grenache but stops there. It's super tight with young tannins and then superhot on the back end. Awkward bitter finish.
