May 13, 2019 - 13,5% alc., 100% Verdejo, 70% inox + 30% vat rijping.
Oog: Kristalhelder, intens, strogeel, grote viscositeit, matige maar vettige tranen.
Neus: Zuiver en intens, aroma van limoen, abrikoos, floraal, sinaasappel, pompelmoes, lichte houttoets en wat rokerig.
Mond: Molligheid en zuren mooi in balans (+1), afdronk van 4-5 sec, mondgevoel vol en fruitig met een bittertje. -
