  May 8, 2021 - Really nice, really big, really tannic, lots of extract, everything here. Not for the faint of heart, (Sagrantino in general) but eeks out some nice balance in this dark brooding wine. And by no means is this the biggest Sagrantino. This is probably right in the middle.   February 1, 2021 - Big but balanced (tannin, acid, fruit). Red fruit, cinnamon, woody herbs. Asking for stewed red meat. Smells and tastes more like a new world wine than a lot of Italian wine.
