  November 29, 2013 - Winorama Canadiana! (Niagara on the Lake): Also just a touch port-like, still a nutty characteristic to it. It's an interesting wine, but lacks the complexity that the '95 Vidal had. Flavors were more one-dimensional which was surprising given the oak aging had increased complexity on the more recent vintage.

  January 1, 2010 - An extraordinary icewine. Caramel color, thick and viscous. Smelled like port. The taste was of honey and mandarin. Very sad that this is the last one we had...

  July 19, 2009 - Carmel color. Port-like on nose. Wonderful ginger honey flavors. Sweet oranges. The oak gives this wine an interesting spiciness. A terrific sticky that's intense sweetness is nicely balanced with secondary flavors and acidity.

  May 1, 2009 - Honey and sweet, dried pit fruit like apricot and peach. A bit of orange, too. I've got one bottle left. Not if it will get better, but the sugar content is such that this wine could last another 20 years.

  July 29, 2007 - Interesting sherry nose and color. Intense apricot, pear flavors with a strong finish.
