January 10, 2022 - Intense fruit with tannins that are just starting to soften. 3 hour decant, easily could have tolerated more. This is a baby, I would suggest if you have any, hide them away for at least 5 more years. Delicious now, it could be epic with more aging.

The more difficult wine of the batch as if was closed despite being opene dfr 2 hours. Unbalanced with tannin dominant flavors. More tobacco than fruit and more vegetable than wood. Not bad and also not great. -

February 25, 2019 - Decanted for 90 minutes and properly could have used a little more. Still very young. Inky purple in color. Palate is deep, dark fruit with gritty tannins.

February 25, 2019 - Cassis, plum, and blackberry up front. Perhaps a bit of licorice on the back end with lead pencil and smooth tannins. Still young and needs quite a bit of air. 1 to 2 hour decant.
