December 29, 2020 - Always a well made bottle of wine, this one is at peak drinking in my opinion. As many other reviewers have noted, color is a bright crisp yellow, perhaps just a shade darker than I'd expect for a five year old wine. On the nose you get all the interesting elements that make this a slightly non-traditional California chardonnay producer: some spicy oak, toasted almonds, white flowers. Nice weight to the wine too, so the finish is decent, showing of a concentrated backbone of acidity backed up with fruit but some more nuttiness that worked well together. I know this is not as well regarded as their single vineyard wines but I have to say this is probably the best American chardonnay at this price point. Great combo of new and old world here.

November 26, 2020 - This favorite Chardonnay made Thanksgiving special, even the golden color in the glass. I didn’t enjoy this bottle quite as well as past bottles. Maybe it would have been better a year ago.

December 25, 2019 - Rich fruit, butter and a bit of oak spice on the nose. The palate is refreshing with notes of green apple, butter, pear and vanilla. A nice, round California Chardonnay.

September 25, 2019 - Fine Wines SG - Meursault vs the World BYOB (Fine Wines SG): Some lemon tart, ripe apples and pineapple, also there is some varnish and bread. Some sense of tea leaves as well. Also, alcohol is high, even burnish. Likely not kept in the best conditions and oxidised

August 28, 2019 - Pale gold color. Drank 1+glass over 90 minutes. Ordered off the list at Bacio. There's pear and pineapple on the nose, toasted oak and vanilla. The palate is round and full bodied, pear with some pineapple and a touch of more tropical fruit, vanilla, crushed rocks, and oak. This is prety good already; the oak is a little youthful yet but it should settle in further.
