November 21, 2022 - Praelum - Guillaume Gonnet Sommelier's Tasting (Praelum Wine Bistro): Medium garnet, with fading edges, and thick legs. Green herbal nose, along with medium ripe red cherry and cranberry, cola, walnut, pepper, and hint of coffee. Very soft and silky tannins, with flavours of ripe strawberry and raspberry, and some stemmy greens and leaves, red florals, and a touch of pepper and cinnamon. Lengthy towards the back, and nice refined feels. Great how it shows fruit purity, and yet it's so refined
