November 4, 2021 - A very pleasant and surprising drop. Bright fruit, slightly hot due to the high alcohol. Nice nose.

April 18, 2021 - Another bottle and the nine months since the last one has helped it. Same overall score but smoother, more integrated. A pleasure to drink. I'm guessing it gets to 95 in another year.

July 25, 2020 - Tight on opening and a little tannic. Opened a bit after 45 minutes but never fully blossomed. Still a very big and powerful, inky Syrah that seems like it needs a few more years... if Kevin Zraley's dictum is accurate, it's not ready to drink because you can't yet see through it. I'm guessing 95-96 eventually.
