August 15, 2020 - Aroma: dark fruit, vanilla, leather. Color: dark ruby. Taste: black cherries, rich mouth feel, well structured/tannin not overpowering, will soften further over next 2-3 years, enjoyable now. Paired very nicely with grilled filet w/chilled mint mustard sauce. Decanted one hour.

August 28, 2019 - This is a beautiful Syrah with a deep dark purple hue. Has a great balance of acidity and tannins that create a finish that doesn't seem to end. I feel fortunate to have another sitting in the wings seeing that only 150 cases were made. This is ready to enjoy.

February 3, 2018 - Dark purple hue. Aroma of strawberry jam. Nice and balanced on the palette, without any overpowering flavor. Subtle acidity with moderate tannins remaining. Can probably age several more years. Expect a fruit flavor to become more apparent as the tannins soften.
