March 1, 2019 - Opened to celebrate our wedding anniversary and paired with Braised Prawns and Black Bean Sauce Scallops, nose of smoke, minerals, honey, jasmine, and lemon, same on the palate, elegant, medium/big body, rich, viscous, delicious, complex tasting, should enjoy now, at peak drinking window, and a long finish. From a vineyard at 1500 foot elevation. Uploaded photo.
