August 8, 2019 - As a straightforward rosé cava I quite like this. It's a fairly deep orange-pink colour; the nose is quite muted, but on the palate there are notes of wild strawberries, initially a little sweetness, but that fades after the bottle has been open a while. There's just a touch of bite/acidity, but it's light. The finish is cleansing rather than cloying.
At around US$12 this is decent QPR. -

April 8, 2019 - Nice old pink, with numerous, fine, persistent perlage.
Nose centered on hints of flowers (Peonia) and fresh red fruit (Raspberries). Almonds. Very nice, almost "fleshy".
Dry, straight entry at taste, with a vivid acidity and a shy fruit. Closing on floreal notes.
