  May 31, 2020 - Dark fruit with distinct cassis and a hint of tobacco on the nose. Medium bodied and supremely well balanced with a delicate bouquet of spices and fruit. Well integrated medium tannins with a lingering finish. Excellent accompaniment to red meat.

  December 24, 2018 - Coming from the excellent Thelema Shiraz, experienced over several vintages and cases. So giving the Cabernet a try.
  
  Drank the bottle over two days; no decant, re-corked over night. On the first evening, very new-worldish marmelady fruit to start (not to my liking) with tannins showing after a couple of hours. Giving some spicy warmth towards the end of the evening. On the following evening, nice round Cab with still some spices and warmth lingering around.
  
  It is not a bad wine at all, but this one leaves me a bit confused, since I think it is not in its fruit phase anymore but also doesn’t seem very closed at the moment with only a little bit of tannin and lots of marmelady fruit. Will try the other bottles the in a year or so, but so far, not as great as it’s sibling, the Thelema Shiraz. And price-wise, there are probably better-value new-world Cabernets around.
