February 25, 2019 - Still very much a baby. Aromas of black cherry, kola, and damp earth- the wine smells clean and crisp. In the mouth, the wine is structured, firm acidity on the finish. Loads of angular dark fruits, some baking spices, and damp wood. I wish I had another bottle, as I would like to see this in a decade or so.
