  July 1, 2018 - More lemon and gooseberry now but still a touch of grapefruit, on the palate very fresh, nice bitter note and medium+ length. Not very complex but very good with smoked salmon, a wine for those that love wines with high acidity as I do (would miss something on the tongue without). Drink now or during the next two years.

  N: Raspberry, black currant leaves.
  
  B: Mild flavours corresponding to the aroma. Very dry but balanced by some fruit. Long tart finish. The acidity dominates a bit too much.

  November 13, 2017 - A certain power with the mild Gros Manseng and the, at the moment still, hefty acidity of the Sauvignon; wait some months with this wine, so it can mellow.
