December 19, 2012 - This is normally one of my fave piemonte wines but this vintage dis not give me the usual goose bumps.
Quite dry fruit with a dry aftertaste. Not bad but not great. -

August 23, 2012 - In a bit of an awkward phase. Was actually better right out of the bottle than after 3 hours in the decanter. Very tannic, but you could tell that it will be silky, smooth with time.

October 1, 2010 - Deep red colour with hints of brick at the edge. The nose shows earth, ripe berries and oak. Fantastic taste with well integrated tannins those are strong but velvety. One of, if not the best, Barolo I have ever tasted. The price of 90€ at the winery is a little too much for me though.

Eye: ruby garnet color. Nose: oak, vanilla, berries. Palate: cherry, smoke, leather, more acidity than expected.
