Community Tasting Notes 3

March 29, 2018 - No fruit on the nose, leaf compost aromas, pickled cabbage, some floral notes. The palate is a little lean and thin compared to what you’d expect an Aussie Shiraz as the fruit has faded but there’s a hint of black fruit and lovely fragrance and elegance to this wine.

December 27, 2002 - Hot bouquet. Compote of fruits. Earth. Pepper. In the taste red currant with some grasses. Soft almost sweetish. Pleasant finish with toast, wood and liquorice.

August 14, 1999 - NobleRottersSydney - Hunter Valley; 8/13/1999-8/15/1999 (Hunter Valley): {cork} Dark chocolate flavours with a cinnamon touch. Background dusty tannin, sound acid line, slightly warm finish. Good.
