March 7, 2021 - An outstanding complex grenache that has a stlight “orange wine” style. I dont recall if this was aged in amphoras, but it has that characteristic of mildly oxidative but with plenty of fruit and acidity. No almond notes that I associate with sherry.
Fantastic wine that will stand up against difficult paring flavours such as acidity in tomato based sauces.
