March 12, 2017 - Fondo San Giuseppe (Brisighella (RA)): Nice, brilliant golden yellow, consistent.
A bit sulphur at the beginning, then opening to some mineral notes (gypsum, hydrocarbons). Floreal.
Dry and medium rounded. Good acidity and minerality.
Intense, persistent and medium fine. Coherent nose/mouth. More minerality than fruit.
