October 31, 2020 - Sweet bouquet with peaches and honey melon. Good balanced medium sweetness with medium acid. Good contration. Long aftertaste with medium- complexity.

November 16, 2019 - Medium sweet, nice balancing acidity, clean fruit but not particularly complex flavours - citrus, stone fruit, honey, but an easy drinking sweet wine that was perfect with the 70’s classic syllabub my wife made (some went into that so perhaps not surprising). Not sure it’s worth holding although I don’t doubt it can age somewhat.
