The mousse is a tad hefty, the colour a bit shy, but it is the firm bouquet and the full and also firm taste with lovely bitters in the finish.

Taste: medium bodied, medium+ acidity, white currant, wild strawberries, red grapefruit, brioche, smoke, apple skin finish, very creamy, elegant, quite complex and just delicious -
