May 4, 2021 - Slight nose: fresh floral, citrus. High acid, mineral. Mouth: Lemon-lime, saline, lemon pith bitterness, stone. Really good with interplay between the acid, bitterness and fruit. Fresh, exciting, very good.

February 25, 2020 - Not familiar with this producer, pleasantly surprised. Ordered by the glass in a “Hong Kong Dim Sum” restaurant in Las Vegas.
This was quite sweet and evolved, paired really well with Szechuan chicken. I should note it was poured via Coravin so that might make it different or more advanced than a fresh bottle.
The ripeness is not out of control, just the right amount to stand up to the spice of the food. Good mineral spine, this is Chablis for sure, just more evolved than some of the tense and steely 14 Chablis I have tasted.
This is one of those pairings where food elevates wine and vice versa. I am a happy camper. -

July 22, 2017 - Intense nose, apple, citrus and a touch of vanilla.
Smooth, balanced, medium body, smooth finish
