November 23, 2021 - Crystal gold color in the glass topped with a fleeting mousse. Fine carbonation. Enveloping aroma of proofing brioche dough in the first pour - exquisite surprise! Flavors of green apple with a pronounced backbone of citrus acidity and a lingering dryness. Enjoying with fresh shucked Norumbega oysters.

June 22, 2018 - What Garagiste shipped me was the 2012 - not the 2014 - and it was quite oxidized without being much developed otherwise. We dumped it and opened something else. Check your labels and, if you have the '12, get to it right away, fingers crossed.
