Veldig flott fruktkvalitet i munn. Moden stil, men med eleganse. Herlig syre som strammer opp. Deilig salt sjøaktig mineralitet. Meget ren og balansert. God lengde for nivået. 14 %, men føles som 13 på alle måter.

June 16, 2018 - Matched a lobster thermidor very well. Power and complexity, mostly driven by the oak element at this point. Confident that this will improve from here if I can stop finding excuses to drink them now.
