December 20, 2021 - Still ruby in colour and flush with ripe dark cherries. Sweet spice, earthy, a hint of meat. Lovely fruit on the palate, generous and round, but then balanced by high acidity and grippy tannins. Beautiful Cab Franc, very well made, and still with 2-4 years ahead of it.
