July 18, 2019 - Refreshing on a hot day. Clean and crisp with citrus, pear and green apple notes. Hints of white flower with a touch of minerality on the finish. Great with herbed goat cheese.

July 14, 2019 - Served chilled. Continues to show great balance with meyer lemon rounded off with flesh fruit notes. Delightful summer quaff.

January 22, 2018 - Pop and pour served refridgerator temp with cream of asparagus soup experiencimg a January warm front. Light, crisp meyer lemon but with a touch of roundness. Very nice, balanced mouth feel. Lovely. Will likely enjoy more frequently this summer.
