  • Border Boss Likes this wine:

March 16, 2019 - tart citrus, mineral, dense mouthfeel from some oak, good acidity but not in your face. Excellent aperitif wine with cheese, scallop, tuna or smoked salmon.

July 13, 2018 - Day 1: Outstanding and even better than the last bottle. Lemon, stones, floral, subtle spices and match stick. Great acidity and medium finish. I am not sure this will make it to day 3 reviewing. 92 points
Day 2: Complete decline. This is a day 1 wine only. Lost a lot of the fruit on day 2. 85 points
Recommendation: Pop and pour and consume within a year.
Day 3: Came back to life. Good fruit along with stones and subtle spices. While much better than day 2 I still believe drink on day 1 and consume the bottle. 88 points
Recommendation: Drink now up until 2019. Consume on day 1.

December 9, 2017 - Really nice with shell, citrus and subtle spice. Short to medium finish and good acidity. Drink now.
