January 5, 2023 - Developed nose dominated by passion fruit, a touch of greeness and some kind of pleasant smoke. Lovely mouthfeel, soft, still with very fresh acidity embedded in the body. Very, very long. 13,5%.
Lovely,, Sauvignon blanc at its best.
Enjoyed at dinner, no formal notes taken. -

February 26, 2021 - OK, I get it. Some Sancerres not just can be aged, they should be. Lovely complexity on the nose, still very balanced.

September 17, 2020 - Green notes, minerality, yellow stone fruit and a smokey touch. On the palate, dry with medium acidity, medium body, mouthcoating with a rather fat texture. Flavours focused on yellow fruit and smoke, together with a touch of licorice in the long aftertaste. Intensive intensity. Lovely. Sauvignon blanc at its best.
