August 31, 2018 - PnP from 56F wine cellar. This needed to be colder. Warmer it was smooth and complex, albeit not super powerful.
Tropical, spice -- with just a year of age this doesn't exhibit the grass/herb profile.

A strongly herbal sauv blanc with grass/hay character. -
