    January 10, 2021 - By the glass. Fine aromas of yellow grapefruit and asparagus with a mineral touch. Savoury and balanced but a little acid right now. Long and with a soul. IMHO it needs to lay down as a Alphonse Mellot wine. Good to very good. My pleasure to avoid sturdy Chinon reds.

    Por copas. Finos aromas de pomelo amarillo y espárragos con un toque mineral. Salado y equilibrado pero un poco ácido en estos momentos. Largo y con alma. En mi humilde opinion necesita tumbarse como si fuese un vino de Alphonse Mellot. De bueno a muy bueno. Me place evitar los fuertes tintos de Chinon.
